The air has cleared since the “official” end of the hurricane season.   Each morning is a glorious experience of invigorating air with colours and clarity accentuated to an unbelievable height.   I am reminded of the early morning on the African veld and drawn there each day for reminiscences almost too much to bear.   At the end though, I am very grateful to be here, in land so beautiful with all its new experiences and new people.

This is grazing land for a beautiful herd in Martinique.  We were there earlier this year and it remains one of our favourite destinations.

No snow for Christmas, just warm, clear air and sun.
